Upload much larger files more reliably
You can now send large videos, design files, archives, and other client work directly through Sydnee:
- Core and free trials: up to 5 GB per file
- Growth and Power Team: up to 512 GB per file
The larger limits work across Files, file versions, Request file fields, and Default Files.
Uploads are also more dependable when your connection has a rough moment, so you are less likely to lose progress or start over.
Upload one file inside an account and it now opens automatically, ready to review or share.

Build stronger Requests with upgraded AI
Start with a better Request draft. An upgraded AI model and improved prompting now produce clearer, more natural questions, break complicated asks into manageable steps, and skip basic client details Sydnee already knows.

Start with a larger Request Template Library
Get a new Request moving without starting from a blank page. The expanded Request Template Library now has 63 ready-to-customize templates across 17 categories.
Search by the work you do, preview exactly what clients will see, then customize a template in Sydnee or download its questions as a CSV.

Get to work faster from the dashboard
Your client accounts now appear sooner and stay put while you work.
Larger account lists feel faster, pinned accounts remain where you left them, and the page keeps your place instead of jumping around.
You can now select the client circles on an account card to open Add Clients immediately.

Preview your portal icon before saving it
See how your portal icon will look before clients do. Branding settings now preview it in browser tabs, bookmarks, phone home screens, installed apps, and the Sydnee sidebar.
You can compare light and dark backgrounds, check Android’s safe area, and catch sizing or contrast problems before saving.
More improvements across Sydnee
It is now easier to find and add people to accounts and Live Chat. We also made mobile files easier to browse, Request timelines clearer, and Tasks and Service Showcase smoother to use.
