Logos & Brand Assets
Upload vector files, high-resolution logos, and any alternate marks or iconography.
Please upload your master logo in vector format if available. PNGs/JPEGs accepted if that’s all you have.
Horizontal/vertical variations, monochrome versions, icon-only marks, and usage examples.
Upload webfont files or a PDF/image showing approved fonts. If you use Google Fonts, just list them in the next field.
List fonts to be used on the website. Leave blank if included in uploaded files or not applicable.
If you have specific hex values for primary/secondary colors, select them here or type them in the notes below.
Paste hex/RGB values or describe how colors should be used (e.g., buttons, backgrounds).
Photography & Images
Upload photos, image libraries, or tell us if we should source stock photography.
Choose whether provided photos should be used or if the designer should license stock imagery.
Upload your primary homepage images. Preferably 2000px+ wide and high quality.
Upload individual product or service images. Include a file or text naming convention so we know which page each belongs to.
High-resolution headshots for the team page. Indicate each person’s name in the filename or in the notes below.
Let us know preferred crops, image treatments, or any images we should NOT use.
Copy, Links & Access
Provide website copy, page mapping, and any account access needed to retrieve content.
Upload final copy or paste a share link to a Google Doc. If using a link, make sure viewing/commenting permissions are enabled.
Paste a link to content or asset folders (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive). Ensure access permissions are set.
If yes, please provide credentials or an admin invite using the secure field below or via your preferred secure channel.
Do not enter passwords here. Use this field to list usernames, control panel links, or any special instructions.
Licensing & Permissions
Confirm ownership and licensing so we can legally publish images and assets on your site.
Select all that apply to the assets you uploaded.
Provide any license files or instructions about required attribution for published assets.
Final Checks & Upload
Finish by uploading any remaining files and signing off so we can start integrating assets.
Any other files that belong on the site (brochures, PDFs, SVG icons).
