Compare plans, prices, and usage
Compare current Sydnee plan prices and limits, review workspace usage, and understand why a plan change may be unavailable.
Sydnee offers Core, Growth, and Power Team. The workspace owner manages the plan. Owners and admins can review usage.
These prices are in US dollars. We checked them on August 26, 2026. Before a purchase or plan change, check the live pricing page and Company Settings → Plans.
How much does each plan cost?
| Plan | Pay monthly | Pay annually |
|---|---|---|
| Core | $39.99 per month | $29.99 per month, charged as $359.88 once per year |
| Growth | $99.99 per month | $79.99 per month, charged as $959.88 once per year |
| Power Team | $249.99 per month | $199.99 per month, charged as $2,399.88 once per year |
The annual option shows a monthly rate. Sydnee charges the full annual amount once per year. Monthly billing is charged each month.
These are the current public prices. An older workspace may show a workspace-specific price from an earlier price list. When that happens, use the amount in Company Settings → Plans.
What is included with each plan?
| Plan | Team size | Active client accounts | File storage | Additional plan features |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | Up to 2 team members | 100 | 1 TB | API and Zapier access; custom domain, email, and white-labeling |
| Growth | 3–24 team members | 1,000 | 3 TB | Core features plus conditional and encrypted Request options |
| Power Team | Starts at 25 team members; check Plans for the workspace's seat limit | 10,000 | 10 TB | Growth features plus priority support |
All current paid plans include Tasks, Live Chat, Requests, Files, and Service Showcase. Plan settings and access can still change what each person sees.
There is no extra charge per client or seat while the workspace stays within its plan limits.
Each active client account uses one client portal slot. Archived accounts do not use an active account slot.
Why might my Plans page show a different price?
Some older workspaces keep prices or limits from an earlier price list. Their Plans page shows the price that applies to them.
If the prices differ, use the amount shown in Company Settings → Plans. If the owner sees Contact support, use that action. Support can review the plan and price options. The owner sees any proposed change before confirming it.
Who can manage plans and usage?
| Action | Available to |
|---|---|
| Compare plans and prices | Workspace owner |
| Choose a plan or change billing | Workspace owner |
| Review Usage | Workspace owner or admin |
| Open Stripe billing to review or cancel an active paid plan | Workspace owner |
Other team members can ask the owner to review the plan or usage. Support can explain what the page shows. The owner still makes billing changes.
What does the Usage page show?
Open Company Settings → Usage to compare current use with the plan limits:
- Active accounts shows the client accounts using portal slots.
- Team seats shows the seats in use.
- File storage shows stored file use against the plan's storage allowance.
The page also shows the current plan. The owner can choose View plans. For an active paid plan, the page may also show Stripe billing under Cancel Plan.
Why does a plan say Usage too high?
Usage too high means the workspace is over one or more limits for that plan. Sydnee shows this message instead of a plan-change action. No plan change is made.
The safest next step is to choose a plan that fits the current use. If the owner still wants a lower plan, check Usage first:
- Archive a client account only when it is no longer active. Clients cannot use an archived account until it is restored.
- Remove a team member only when they no longer need workspace access.
- Delete files only after confirming that no one needs them. File deletion is permanent.
Return to Plans after the workspace fits every limit.
How do you choose or change a plan?
- Sign in as the workspace owner.
- Open Company Settings → Plans.
- Choose monthly or annual billing.
- Review the price, team size, active client accounts, storage, and included options.
- Choose Get Core, Get Growth, Get Power Team, or Update Plan when shown. If the page shows Contact support, select it for help. Check the amount again before you confirm a change in Stripe checkout or billing.
