| Restore access after a trial or plan ends | Workspace owner |
How the free trial works
The trial lasts five full days from its start time. The Plans and Usage pages show the exact end date and time.
You can build and test the core portal during the free trial. Public API access becomes available after you choose a plan and add a payment method.
With less than 24 hours left, Sydnee says Less than 24 hours left. Your trial remains available until the exact end date and time shown on Plans and Usage.
Choose a paid plan
- Sign in as the workspace owner.
- Open Company Settings → Plans.
- Compare the current Core, Growth, and Power Team options shown for the workspace.
- Choose monthly or annual billing.
- Review the amount and plan limits before opening secure checkout.
Prices and plan limits can change. Check the live pricing page and the Plans page before you buy. Review client accounts, file space, team seats, and plan tools.
If the paid plan would need to start and be charged today, Sydnee asks the owner to choose what works best. Choose Keep Free Trial to continue the remaining trial, or confirm the paid plan to start it today.
Review workspace usage
Owners and admins can open Company Settings → Usage. The page title is Usage. It shows client accounts, team seats, and file storage. If a lower plan cannot hold the current use, its action shows Usage too high. Reduce the listed use or choose a plan that fits.
What happens when the trial ends?
At the end time, Sydnee pauses access to the team workspace, portal, mobile app, alerts, and workspace content. The next sign-in opens Restore Sydnee Access with the available next step.
The workspace owner sees the plan chooser on that page. Admins and other team members see a message asking them to contact the owner.
What happens if a plan ends?
If a plan is canceled or otherwise ends, Sydnee pauses workspace access and guides the workspace owner to the plan chooser on Restore Sydnee Access.
If a payment or initial subscription setup needs attention, the owner sees Payment Needs Attention and Fix billing in Stripe instead. After the owner returns, Sydnee checks for the billing update for up to 30 seconds. When payment processing takes longer, refresh the page in a moment.
Admins and other team members do not see the plan or payment controls. They see a message asking them to contact the owner.
Everyone can select Support or Sign out from the recovery page. People with another verified workspace can also select Switch company.
Why is my workspace locked?
- The five-day free trial ended.
- The plan was canceled or otherwise ended.
- A payment or initial subscription setup needs attention.
- Sydnee could not confirm an active trial or plan.
Billing controls are available to the workspace owner. Other team members can contact the owner or select Support.
Ask the owner to use the action shown on Restore Sydnee Access. If the plan or payment action is unavailable, select Support on that page and share the workspace name, owner email, visible message, and time. Keep card details and passwords out of chat.
Next step
- Compare plans, prices, and usage
- Review current Sydnee pricing
