Another month of great updates in Sydnee!
Conditional request logic, and AI request builder, encrypted inputs, a big service showcase update, and some quality of life to tasks!
Conditional request logic
- When building client data collection forms, conditionally show or hide questions based on previous answers.

- Use the new timeline view to see how answers came in, or watch them roll in nearly in real time!

- Use an AI prompt to create new requests or templates. Just tell it what you want and it’ll create it for you!
- Toggle the short text’s new “Encrypt Answer” option which protects the response with 256-GCM encryption and adds extra protections in app to avoid accidentally exposing or sharing the data.

- Lots of little changes in the request builder to make it simpler and easier to use
This update came directly from operational need in my agency. If you collect info from clients, this should help a lot!
Service showcase updates
Make it easy for clients to open up a task associated with an active service with the new “Submit Ticket” flow.
- Clients can now click a button to that will create a task linked to the service (In the service module or the dashboard widget)

- Assign team members to each service so tasks created from each go to the right person

Tasks updates
- Filter tasks by status, assignee, due date, attachments, comments and more!

- Stack those filters and save the view as the default for everyone in the account
- Restrict entire task sections to only be visible to team members, or only specific people in the account
- Tasks are faster and smoother overall with substantial performance improvements
Closing notes
You’ll notice tasks created from the service module now tag the task alongside a priority setting for each task.
