Hard to believe it’s been two years since Sydnee launched! (Late September – for anyone planning to wish us a happy anniversary next year 😉)
Every day we’re blown away by your support – and we’ve been busy making Sydnee the best client portal system out there.
Here’s what’s new since our last update:
Files Module Upgrades
The file storage system in each account has received several quality-of-life improvements!
- Folder downloads – right click on any folder and hit “Download” to export everything into a single .zip file
- PDF previews now appear directly in gallery view
- Added support for viewing RAW iPhone photos (Exif data is there too!)
- Sort files by upload date or by name
- Select multiple files at once in gallery view (Shift-click to grab a bunch!)
- Toggle photo quality – easily switch between high-resolution originals and fast-loading previews for any image
Miscellaneous Updates
A few more updates to make your workflow even smoother:
- Live chat history download – export full records of conversations in a CSV file.
- Full-width embeds – your embeds can now stretch to fill the page.
- Sticky account filters – filters now stay put so you don’t lose your account filters when jumping into accounts and back out
- And squashed a whole lotta bugs
