Anything we should know about your website?
As we get access to your website, we might discover new accounts that we need access to. We ask that you work with us in a timely manner in the first few weeks as we get setup. Also, we may need access to your website hosting. This is a more technical account that your web developer will need to work with us to get access. If we need access we will reach out to you.
As part of our analytical process, we may place heat maps on your website so we can better diagnose any traffic problems. This does not cost you anything and will not affect anything on your side. Please let us know if you are okay with us placing this technology on your website.
