Read-Only Tasks

You can now mark any task as “Read Only” by switching off the “Editable by Clients” setting.
Clients will still be able to comment, but they won’t be able to modify, reorder, or change task details.
This is ideal for service providers who want to share updates or information without risking accidental edits.
It’s a simple way to protect scope and maintain control over deliverables while still allowing collaboration
Task Progress Bars

Task Sections now feature a built-in progress bar that visually tracks how many tasks have been completed in each section.
Whether you’re organizing onboarding steps, campaign phases, or internal checklists, you’ll now get instant visual feedback to keep everything on track.
It’s a quick way to showcase progress at a glance, without having your clients dig into individual tasks.
HubSpot and Google Analytics Integrations
Sydnee now integrates with both HubSpot CRM and Google Analytics.
When users log in to your portal:
- Events are automatically sent to HubSpot.
- If the contact doesn’t already exist, one is created for you.
- You can track usage, pageviews, and engagement with your portal using Google Analytics.
You can set up both integrations from your company settings.
These updates are part of our effort to make Sydnee more connected with the tools your business already uses.

Resend Invites
Need to resend a portal invite to a client?
You can now do that with one click directly from the user management screen.
This small improvement saves time and reduces friction when clients miss or lose their original invite email.
