We’ve been hard at work improving Sydnee Client portals and wanted to do a quick roundup of updates since our last post!

Here’s a roundup of updates to Sydnee:
Subscriptions
- More accounts for every tier:
- Standard: Now supports 50 accounts (was 25).
- Premium: Up to 300 accounts (was 100).
- Enterprise: A brand-new tier that supports up to 3,000 accounts.
- Unified storage: Storage is now shared across all accounts, making it easier to manage your files.
Account Management
- You can now pin accounts so they always appear at the top of your list.
- Wherever accounts are listed, they now show up in alphabetical order for better organization.
Tasks

- Add any attachment in a task to the client’s file manager for easy safe keeping
Task Sections
- Tasks are now more organized with sections:
- Drag and drop tasks within sections or reorder sections themselves.
- Collapse sections to keep your view clean and focused.
Activity Inbox

- A dedicated inbox for recent activity in the backend task view.
- Mark activity as read, unread, or archive it to help you stay on top of everything.
File Manager Updates

- Added a dark/light toggle for viewing media.
- You can now view detailed metadata for images with a single click.
- The mobile layout has been fully optimized.
- Monitor your account’s storage usage directly from the file manager.
Service Showcase
- Service descriptions can now include up to 500 characters (previously 191).
Embeds & Pages
- Go High Level forms are now supported.
- Stripe pricing tables embeds are now supported.
Team Management

- Admins now have the option to control whether team members are automatically added to new accounts.
General Improvements
- Better backups: Data is backed up every minute, and files are delayed for removal by 30+ days to ensure safety. If something goes wrong please reach out so we can restore your data
- Improved error handling for a more stable experience. We are hunting down and fixing errors every single day. If you experience an issue please reach out so we can get it fixed.
- Performance improvements across the board. For example, the task view can now support 100% more tasks in the same performance profile as before
