You can now add external links to the navigation menu within your account portals.
Adding External Links
Our latest update allows you to seamlessly integrate external resources by adding links directly to your navigation menu.
Whether it’s a helpful resource or an external tool, you can give users quick access from their portal. External destinations must use a complete http:// or https:// URL.
How It Works
- Add External Links: Add a supported web URL to the navigation menu. Use the page creation controls and choose External Link.
- Global or Specific: Choose to set these links as global (visible across all accounts) or specific to a single account, providing tailored navigation for different users.
- Reorder Navigation Items: Customize the order of navigation items to prioritize the most important links, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
