Can a client upload a file?

Yes. Add File Upload. A client can add one file or several files to the same answer.

The answer is saved in the Request. Sydnee also creates file records in Request Files → Request title → Field title. Team members can download all submitted Request files as a ZIP when at least one file has been uploaded.

Fix a common problem

If a field does not appear in Preview, check whether a condition or hidden Section controls it. If Next is off, add at least one field to the form.

If a client cannot finish, check for a shown required field with no answer.
