Show and request services
Show clients what your team offers and turn a service question into trackable work.
Service Showcase has two parts: one shared catalog of what your team offers, and account-specific service settings. Clients see only the services and details set up for their account.
It is not a store or checkout page. A service request becomes a task for your team.
Build one clear catalog
Your team keeps one shared list. It has service groups and services. Start with the words your clients use. Give each service a short name and plain description.
When the list is empty, Sydnee can create a starter catalog from the service names you enter. The new services start inactive for the current account. Turn on the services that apply before clients use the portal.

Set up each client account
A shared service can be on for one client and off for another.
Turn on the services the client uses. Add facts for that account. You might add an account number, date, amount, or link. A client can read these facts in Your Info. They cannot edit them.
A service that is off can stay in the list. The client can learn about it. You can also add a Learn More link.

Give clients the right next step
The client action depends on the service:
- Submit Ticket can show on a service that is on when Active Service Tickets are available and enabled.
- Request Service can show on a service that is off when Service Requests are available in the workspace.
When available, both actions make a task in the same client account.

Check the client view
Use Preview as Client before you share the list. Check that:
- service names make sense to a client;
- the right services are active;
- client detail values are correct;
- private or empty details do not appear;
- links open the right page; and
- the expected request or ticket action is present.
What your client sees
Clients open Services in their portal. They can read the list and open filled-in facts for services that are on. They can also use a Learn More link or a request button when one is shown.
Clients cannot change the catalog, turn on a service, or edit their Your Info values.
